Directions & Navigation

  • Refined Entry Screen: Updated the "Directions" setup screen to match the reference design.
    • Added a functional "Start Navigation" button.

  • In-App Feedback: Added a functional feedback button in the AppBar menu that opens the user's email client with a pre-filled template.

App Bar & Menus

  • Redesigned App Bar: Implemented a new slide-up expansion model with centered icons and a refined layout.
  • Settings Menu: Introduced a dedicated Settings sheet, featuring:
    • Unit selection (Metric/Imperial/System) via dropdown.
    • Streamlined options (removed sync/favorites).
  • About Page: Added a dedicated About page accessible from the menu.

✨ Enhancements

Map Experience

  • Location Persistence: The app now remembers your last viewed map region. On startup, it restores this location instead of resetting to a default view.
  • Search UI: "Quick Search" category buttons now automatically hide when you start typing a query to reduce clutter.
