Fixed

• The default agent-campaign route now runs the dream plugin's
  dream:big campaign skill, which dream 44.0.0 renamed from
  dream:lead. Existing installations must update the dream plugin to
  44.0.0 or later, then change their dreamcatcher.toml campaign
  prompts to /dream:big GH{issue} for Claude and
  $dream:big GH{issue} for Codex by hand, because dreamcatcher init
  leaves an existing file unchanged.

• Squash-merging an assignment pull request no longer carries a CI-skip
  instruction onto main. The assignment's draft pull request now runs CI
  once. (#876)
