OpenAPI Splitter v1.0.0 Release

I'm excited to announce the first official release of OpenAPI Splitter, a command-line tool designed to split large OpenAPI 3.0 specification files into multiple organized files and folders, making them more maintainable and easier to work with.

🚀 How to use
