Sessions overview silently lost every non-hook-sourced session when ps -eo pid, tty, command output grew past macOS's ~64KB pipe buffer. Both ClaudePaneScan.runCommand and TmuxShell.run called Process.waitUntilExit()before draining the child's stdout, so a full buffer meant the subprocess blocked on write and the parent hung on the wait — the scan task never returned and the registry stayed empty of tmux-seeded entries. On a busy system (multiple Claude sessions × bun plugin workers) this triggered at ~83KB. Fixed by draining stdout via readDataToEndOfFile first (which returns when the child closes stdout on exit) and calling waitUntilExit after. Latent since the scanner was introduced; newly surfaced as plugin footprints grew
