Eterlite 0.1.0

The first release of Eterlite! Please keep in mind this is a very early build. You may experience bugs, and many planned features are missing—even basic ones like a settings panel! Maybe it won't even work at all (hopefully not)! If you have any issues, please first check the readme, and if you can't solve your problem, feel free to reach out to me on the Eterspire discord's #eterlite channel.
