feat(trace): add CU/CM preset targets and expand backbone IP prefixes

Add 联通 (218.104.111.114) and 移动 (120.196.165.24) preset buttons so
users can quickly test routes to each carrier. Also expand the IP prefix
fallback table with additional ChinaUnicom (202.96, 61.135, 60.208) and
ChinaMobile (120.196, 117.131, 223.104) prefixes for better backbone
detection when MaxMind ASN data is missing.
