refactor(trace): merge route quality analysis into TraceSection

Remove RouteQualitySection as a standalone panel and integrate backbone
detection + route analysis directly into TraceSection. After a trace
completes, a summary card automatically shows the route quality score
and plain-language description (e.g. "电信 CN2 GIA，全程走 CN2 骨干").
Preset target buttons (追踪我, 电信 DNS, 阿里 DNS, etc.) replace the
separate input widget from the old panel.

fix(traceroute): use IPv4PacketConn() instead of ipv4.NewPacketConn()

ipv4.NewPacketConn() internally asserts the argument to net.Conn, but
*icmp.PacketConn only implements net.PacketConn (no Read method), causing
a runtime panic that crashes the server on every traceroute request.

icmp.PacketConn.IPv4PacketConn() returns the *ipv4.PacketConn directly,
bypassing the broken type assertion.

feat(route-quality): add ISP backbone route detection

Add a new "线路质量检测" panel in the Performance tab.
The backend runs a traceroute from the server to the given target,
identifies backbone nodes by ASN (CN2/163/CU169/CUG/CMI/CMNET/CERNET)
and IP prefix, then classifies the route type and quality score.
The frontend defaults the target to the visitor's own IP so users can
immediately see what backbone carries traffic from the server to them.

fix(frontend): prevent Bun from overwriting Tailwind CSS output

Remove 'import ./styles/input.css' from App.tsx — it caused Bun to
bundle the raw Tailwind input file over the compiled CSS output.
CSS is loaded via <link> in index.html, so the import was redundant.

This fixes the missing utility class styles (e.g. bg-surface, flex).
