Fixed

• Actions scroll an off-screen target into view: since 0.19.0 tap "Service" failed on a chip that is built but beyond the
  viewport of a horizontal list (assertions rightly do not see it). tap, long press, double tap, type and clear now
  scroll such a target into view first (Scrollable.ensureVisible), like a user. see / don't see still ignore it.
• iOS simulator, connection lost while the app is in the background (a link that opens Safari): the reconnect brings the app
  back to the foreground first when its process is alive, instead of redialing a suspended socket. A crashed app is still not
  relaunched silently.
• probe migrate maestro: a text-entry step (eraseText, inputText) after a tapOn that became a # TODO is no longer
  emitted as a bare clear / type (nothing is focused); it becomes a TODO as well.
