n0tch 0.1.1

n0tch now updates itself. It checks GitHub once a day and offers to install a new version: Update & Restart downloads, verifies and replaces n0tch in a few seconds. It installs only a download signed by the same developer, notarized by Apple and newer than the running app. Right-click the notch → Check for Updates…, or Settings → About (where you can turn the daily check off).

Also fixes "100%" wrapping onto two lines in the expanded header while charging, and the Focus (Do Not Disturb) icon being squeezed toward the physical notch. It now sits beside the clock.

If you installed 0.1.0, download this version once by hand. From here on, updates arrive inside n0tch.

First public developer preview of n0tch.

• The line around the notch for volume, brightness, charging, battery warnings (30, 20, 10, 5 percent) and timers.
• A frosted now-playing card with cover, progress, favorite (Apple Music), previous, play/pause, next and an output picker.
• A spinning record above the lock screen while music plays (experimental).
• Download progress for Safari, Chrome and Firefox, the shelf with AirDrop, and activities through the n0tch command with Claude Code and Codex hooks.
