First beta of Share. Install it and Personal Hotspot shows up in Settings, no SIM needed.

What it does

  • Turns on Personal Hotspot without a SIM, a plan or cellular hardware.
  • Devices that join get an address and reach each other. Nothing reaches the Internet.
  • Uses 5 GHz on iOS 12 when your Wi-Fi hardware and region allow it, after your next reboot.
  • Leaves a report at /var/mobile/Documents/Share-Report.json if it can't work on your device.

Install

  • Add https://aminerostane.com/repo in Sileo and install Share.
  • To sideload, use Share-1.0-beta1-rootful.deb for rootful jailbreaks and Share-1.0-beta1-rootless.deb for rootless ones.

Works on iOS 12 and up.
