Tool annotations (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint) are derived from TOOL_PERMISSIONS: a client reads the danger of a tool from the protocol. vm_exec, vm_copy, vm_snapshot and vm_import are now declared dangerous (SECURITY.md regenerated). virsh runs without sudo through the libvirt group; VM host keys are verified; the SSH user is chosen per VM; zod 4 and TypeScript 7 with every tool parameter in the schema.
