Fixes

• Cache with different PHP versions: the cache fingerprint now includes the PHP version (major.minor). Symfony 7.4 writes PHP 8.4-only syntax in the compiled container when it runs on PHP 8.4, so a container built by a PHP 8.4 CLI broke a PHP 8.2 web server (Parse error on every request, simply:cache:clear included). The cache is rebuilt once after the upgrade.
• Redis cache: RedisCache::set() passed its default expiration of 0 to phpredis, which rejects it and stores nothing. Values set without expiration were never stored. They are now kept until they are deleted: pass an expiration or delete the keys if your code relied, without knowing it, on nothing being cached.
