Hook Follow-up v0.1.1

Fixes the turn-tail order: the Hook row now stays last, below Intelligent UI cards and every other piece of answer content.

• turnTail order changed from 30 to 1000; Intelligent UI cards use 40.
• No Host or prompt changes; client-only update.

First public release.

Adds one anchor question and 1-3 user-voice quick replies under each DSH turn:

• followup Host tool validates { hook, replies } and persists them through presentationMeta
• Client renders the Hook row and clickable chips in conversation.chat.turnTail
• A click sends the reply as one ordinary user message
• always / balanced / conservative strategies, optional refusal and emotional-context skips
• ui / markdown / tag render modes; follow_user / zh / en language policy

Install: add the awesome-dsh-plugin index in DSH Discover, or use the release tarball.
