Releases: andples/ctui

v0.2.2

Choose a tag to compare

@andples andples released this 18 Oct 20:31

The utheme client (macOS) reports problems it carries on from (a watcher that can't start, file-watch errors, heartbeat write failures) through a log hook, and the heartbeat is fsynced before it is renamed into place.

v0.2.1

@andples andples released this 18 Oct 08:17

Following utheme on macOS is faster: a theme switch recolours in about 15 ms instead of about 400 ms, and following resumes at once after utheme is reinstalled. An idle app following utheme now wakes once a second instead of five times.

v0.2.0

@andples andples released this 18 Oct 01:01

Live themes with utheme (macOS): with theme = "utheme", the TUI follows utheme's current theme and recolours within a second of every switch, with no restart. See "Live themes with utheme (macOS)" in the README. Linux and Windows are unchanged.

v0.1.2

@andples andples released this 16 Oct 02:22

Builds on older Rust: ctui now needs Rust 1.88 (declared, so cargo says so up front) instead of failing to compile on anything older than the very latest. No behaviour changes.

v0.1.1

@andples andples released this 15 Oct 21:15

First release with prebuilt binaries and a Homebrew tap (brew tap andples/ctui && brew install ctui).

Since 0.1.0:

  • Security audit: fuzz-tested input handling (no crashes on malformed .ics, quick-add text or repeat rules), terminal-escape-safe titles, size limits on imports and durations, an undo history that can't write outside the data folder, safer macOS notifications. See SECURITY.md.
  • MCP server for AI agents (ctui mcp, ctui mcp install claude), with [ai] enabled / [ai] write settings.
  • One search across everything (/, ct search), the Agenda page renamed Today, and shell shortcuts (ctui init zsh: ct, ctt, ctm, cttasks).
