Significant update
Added a Non-Equilibrium Model (NEM) a.k.a. PPE (Partial Phase Equilibrium) model similar to that in openthermo and VBsim for the highly accurate single component HEOS provided by coolprop.
Manual new available on github pages via sphinx.
Added documentation for the NEM method and validation cases for propane vessels subject to fire heat load.
Adding more fire heat loads, additional material and user-defined safety factor for UTS (Ultimate Tensile Strength)
