Patch after 1.3.0. Safe upgrade: git fetch upstream then git merge upstream/main.

Highlights

  • 2-Methods/ restored — full framework library back in the repo; skills route to canonical paths (docs/skills-and-methods.md).
  • Skills alignment (partial) — opportunity assessment, PRD, OKR, roadmap, north star, discovery synthesis aligned with methods templates and L1 rubrics under 2-Methods/**/3-*-evaluation.md.
  • Public template — placeholder USER.md + USER.template.md; default public .gitignore; docs/private-fork.md for private forks.
  • CI (L0) — verify-markdown treats user-local link targets as optional on clean clones.
  • Removed — scripts/git-hooks/ (use contribution branches from upstream/main, not git push upstream main).

Private forks: keep personal content on origin only.
