Bootloader for v1.0.0+ HW release of the CoffeeCaller

From the last release the pin assignment for the user button to enter bootloader mode changed.

To flash:

nrfjprog -f nrf52 -c 24000 --sectoranduicrerase --program tiac_coffeecaller_bootloader-0.9.2-17-gbdac0b2_s140_7.3.0.hex --reset
