Portable Windows x64 preview. Download and fully extract the ZIP, then start Formnaro.exe from the extracted folder. The STL-to-STEP converter, FreeCAD and the required runtimes are bundled.

• The compact AI chat puts the message box below the conversation. The gear opens settings for models, reasoning effort, checks and practice mode.
• The selected-parts panel lets you limit the scene context. Automatic mode uses the selection for large scene catalogs. Review the preview before applying the change to the local project.
• Practice mode can work on a project copy and present the result for review and adoption.
• The start screen opens an empty project and offers recent projects above the examples. The Fusion and Solid tool icons were refined. Help includes an About panel with the licence and issue links.

The Windows package passed a targeted practice-copy workflow, including explicit adoption, preservation of the unrelated part, Undo, Redo, save and reopen. The selected-part workflow was checked with a local provider fixture. Full release acceptance is pending.

Verify the ZIP against SHA256SUMS.txt. GitHub's generated source archives contain the public reference commit for this tag. The Nightly application is distributed in the Windows ZIP. Sources for the bundled CAD runtimes are linked in the r36 release.

Fix

Nightly r2 restores support for project format 32, including autosaves in that format. It includes the chat, image capture, move controls, rotation handles and workspace changes from Nightly r1.

Targeted verification

• Loaded a format-32 autosave, moved a part and confirmed that autosave completed before closing. After a restart, the change, joints and inspection data were present.
• Opened an older OCAD project, rotated and moved a part, checked Undo and Redo, saved a copy and reopened it.
• Saved a copy of an FNPACK project with 175 parts and 13 movable joints and reloaded it.
• Checked STEP and STL import, export and re-import.
• Checked chat, focus mode, measurement history, fit to view and image retrieval in the Windows package.

The input files were unchanged. Full release acceptance and the endurance test are pending.

What changed

• A larger AI chat next to the workspace, with focus mode, task history and a switch to application help.
• The AI can fit the workspace to the model, request a screenshot and retrieve four views of a draft.
• Move distances stay visible briefly and can be edited directly.
• Rotation handles use view-dependent axes in 45° steps. The camera remains free to move.
• The workplane grid expands to cover visible models.

Verification covered 29 targeted tests, launch and normal exit of the packaged executable, chat, and a project round trip covering opening, rotating, moving, saving a copy and reopening it.

The portable 0.125.0-r36 preview extends native modelling, error and memory handling, revision-bound saving, focused tool information, screw and tilt couplings, and saved inspection records. Original sources and a single Undo step are retained.

The complete local function catalogue was run, covering 2,906 Node tests and 71 desktop check groups, plus 20 Python tests and eight native CNC regression cases. The verification report records findings from the first run and the follow-up checks. A new DeepSeek harness run checked error correction, explicit Apply and detection of a stale inspection record. The packaged executable was tested with an isolated profile, native FreeCAD, saving and normal process exit. The ZIP was also tested after fresh extraction into a path with accented characters and startup from a different working directory.

Motion and clearance results apply to the sampled positions and pairs. Continuous contact, loads, manufacturing approval and a fresh Windows VM were outside the verification scope. New inspection records use project format 32. Older projects remain readable.

The application and sources are separate downloads. All seven assets of this release are available in both repositories.

Known development dependency advisory: GitHub reported three moderate minimatch alerts in the r36 build lockfiles (10.2.6, fixed upstream in 11.0.1). The verified portable EXE and ASAR do not contain minimatch. The r36 build alerts remain open in this release record. See the package verification report for details.

Changes since r28: on-demand AI tool information in normal modelling and practice; clearer centring, alignment and array controls; practice framing waits for open dialogs; task-specific practice conversations; context separation and configured modelling freedom; local preview discard and analysis tools.

Verification of the frozen r35 build: 79 targeted source tests, four successful practice lessons, two normal model tests and four screenshot routes. The original executable and ASAR bytes are preserved. This publication adds complete ZIP CRC/SHA-256 readback, source snapshot binding and fresh Unicode extraction/startup from a foreign working directory with isolated data and normal shutdown. No new cloud inference was needed.

Development prerelease. No new all-features regression or clean-Windows-VM acceptance. Some long native screw threads can fail in the CAD kernel; automatic screw/tilt coupling remains open. See Paket-Pruefstand.json and SHA256SUMS.txt.

To run Formnaro, download only Formnaro-v0.125.0-r28-Windows.zip (667,563,647 bytes, approximately 668 MB), extract it completely, and open Formnaro starten.

Application, CAD/Python/converter runtimes and licence notices are included. The offline speech model remains optional. Source archives are always separate downloads: Formnaro 117 MB, FreeCAD 98 MB and CAD kernel 78 MB. They are not required to start the application.

Changes

• Failed intermediate construction previews are cleared for both the built-in Python/JSON dialog and external requests. Later requests can proceed without a manual Escape step.
• Other valid pending previews, confirmed models and Undo history are preserved. Invalid geometry still reports an error.
• Previous background-construction, cancellation, Python syntax-preflight and renderer-recovery fixes are retained.
• The current practice controls include slower adjustable playback and pause/resume/end navigation. Mistral reasoning controls remain model-capability dependent.

Verification scope

The EXE and ASAR are byte-identical to tested r28. Evidence includes 133 source tests, 29 packaged-EXE checks, a complete 40-command construction preview, and independent STEP/STL/BRep reads. The compact ZIP's 15,805 files were fully read with CRC and SHA-256 checks, followed by a fresh Unicode extraction, relative-link resolution and actual EXE startup from a foreign working directory. Personal models, profiles and credentials are excluded.

This remains a targeted development prerelease. A new all-features regression, independent clean-Windows-VM acceptance and live-provider quality/latency measurements are not claimed. See Paket-Analyse.txt, Paket-Pruefstand.json, Zugangsdaten-Pruefung.json and SHA256SUMS.txt.

The versioned tag contains the matching frozen application source with presentation-only README/policy overlays and existing public documentation images. The attached application source ZIP preserves the exact 2,212-file build snapshot. The CAD source archive retains its older metadata because its five upstream archives and native bridge match the unchanged kernel build inputs by SHA-256.

• Ausführbares Programm, benötigte CAD-/Python-/Konverter-Laufzeiten und Lizenzen enthalten. Entwicklungswerkzeuge und eigene Tests bleiben außerhalb der Windows-ZIP.
• ATLAS-5 mit gekoppeltem Antrieb, das zweistufige 6:1-Getriebe und der Schraubstock sind als bearbeitbare Beispiele enthalten.
• Das optionale Modell für Offline-Sprache wird erst auf Wunsch im Programm heruntergeladen.

Prüfung

42 gezielte Unit-Prüfungen und 363 UI-Prüfschritte über r2/r3 sind dokumentiert. EXE/ASAR und CAD-/Konverterdateien sind zwischen diesen Revisionen identisch; r3 ergänzt die app-lokalen Microsoft-Laufzeitdateien der Sprach-Engine. ZIP vollständig zurückgelesen, frische Extraktion hashgeprüft, drei relative Startlinks und drei Beispielmodelle geprüft.

Die Ausgabe bleibt eine gezielt geprüfte Entwicklungsausgabe. Eine unabhängige Prüfung auf einer frischen Windows-Installation sowie eine neue allgemeine Gesamt-, Dauerlauf- und Wiederherstellungsabnahme stehen aus. Einzelheiten: Paket-Analyse.txt und Paket-Pruefstand.json.

Vor dem Upload wurden sämtliche entpackten ZIP-Inhalte, die logischen Dateien im Programmarchiv und der zugehörige Quellstand auf Zugangsdaten geprüft. Es wurden keine gespeicherten API-Schlüssel, Tokens, GPT-/ChatGPT-Anmeldedaten oder persönlichen Profile gefunden. Der veröffentlichte Bericht dokumentiert das Ergebnis; die normale optionale KI-Anbindung bleibt im Programm erhalten.

Die README zeigt den Lagerhalter in Easy Tinker und den Schraubstock in Normal jeweils im Dark Mode. Solid und Fusion zeigen den Light Mode. Die ATLAS-5 wurde mit Codex (Astra) über die lokale MCP-Schnittstelle konstruiert; bei der späteren Animationsaufnahme lief keine erneute KI-Anfrage.

• Neues Beispiel ATLAS-5 mit 144 Bauteilen, 78 Gelenken und fünf beweglichen Achsen; A-Wiege und Ritzel sind mit 48:20 gekoppelt.

Start: Windows-ZIP vollständig entpacken und oben Formnaro starten doppelklicken. FreeCAD und Python sind enthalten. Eigene Daten vor einem Update sichern und gezielt übernehmen.

Prüfstand: 18 gezielte Quelltests, 22 Prüfgruppen im isolierten Quelllauf und 33 Prüfgruppen auf der tatsächlichen Windows-EXE bestanden. Das GIF wird aus den echten Gelenkreglern einer getrennten Modellkopie aufgenommen. 13 native Zahnrad-Schnittproben waren überschneidungsfrei. Keine neue vollständige Gesamt-/Langzeit-/Recovery-Abnahme; die Fräse ist ein Konstruktions- und Kinematikbeispiel.

ATLAS liegt unter Programmdateien/Projekte/Beispiele/atlas-5.ocad und als separater Download bei. Unter Baugruppe → Gelenke und Bewegung können die Achsen bewegt werden. Die A-Wiege und das Ritzel treiben einander an; Y nimmt beide mit. Vorhandene Achsgrenzen bleiben erhalten.

Eigener Anwendungscode: MIT. Fremdkomponenten behalten ihre Originalbedingungen. Passende CAD-Quellen, Prüfbericht und SHA-256-Prüfsummen sind beigefügt.

Formnaro 0.119.0-r3 – Zahnradkopplung und neues EXE-Icon

Die portable Windows-Ausgabe 0.119.0-r3 ersetzt den bisherigen Download 0.117.0-r8. R3 ergänzt ausschließlich das neue F-Icon in der EXE. Alle übrigen EXE-Ressourcen und Programmabschnitte sowie das Anwendungsarchiv sind identisch zur lokal freigegebenen 0.119.0-r2 vom 29.10.2026.

Start: Formnaro-v0.119.0-r3-Windows.zip vollständig entpacken und oben Formnaro starten doppelklicken. FreeCAD und Python sind enthalten. Vor einem Update eigene Projekte und Einstellungen sichern und gezielt übernehmen.

Das Getriebebeispiel liegt unter Programmdateien/Projekte/Beispiele/schraeggetriebe-6zu1.ocad. In Baugruppe → Gelenke und Bewegung die Antriebswelle drehen: Zwischen- und Abtriebswelle folgen. Das Modell zeigt Kinematik; Kontaktkräfte, Lagerauslegung und Fertigung sind nicht geprüft. Schneckengetriebe mit gekreuzten Achsen werden von dieser Kopplung nicht unterstützt.

Prüfstand: Das EXE-Icon wurde in sieben Größen bytegleich geprüft; alle anderen Ressourcen und Programmabschnitte blieben unverändert. Zehn isolierte Prüfungen mit der neuen EXE bestanden und wurden am frisch entpackten Paket erneut erfolgreich ausgeführt; alle drei Startverknüpfungen lösen auf den neuen Entpackort auf. Die 110 gezielten Prüfungen der bestehenden Windows-Ausgabe und deren gespeicherte Prüfsummen wurden überprüft. Die mitgelieferte FreeCAD-Laufzeit wurde frisch vollständig gegen ihr Manifest geprüft. Das neue Getriebebeispiel wurde über 144 Bildzustände mit nur einer angesteuerten Welle geprüft, gespeichert und unverändert wieder geöffnet. Das gesamte Windows-ZIP wurde zurückgelesen und mit seinen Quelldateien verglichen. Dies ist keine neue vollständige Gesamtabnahme aller Programmfunktionen; die damaligen Online-Sprachtests verwendeten einen Testanbieter, kein Live-Deepgram.

Quellstand: Der Entwicklungszweig bleibt 0.120.0. Dieser Veröffentlichungstag dokumentiert das vorhandene Windows-Paket 0.119.0-r3; er ist kein neuer Build des Entwicklungszweigs. Der KI-Übungsmodus im README-GIF ist eine Vorschau aus dem neueren Quellstand und noch nicht in diesem Download enthalten.

Lizenzen: Eigener Anwendungscode unter MIT, Fremdkomponenten unter ihren Originalbedingungen. Formnaro-CAD-Quellen-v0.119.0.zip ist bytegleich zum passenden CAD-Quellenarchiv der 0.117-Ausgabe, da die drei mitgelieferten WASM-Komponenten unverändert sind. Der gesamte eigene Anwendungscode steht jetzt unter MIT, einschließlich kommerzieller Nutzung, Änderung und Weitergabe. Copyright- und Lizenzhinweis müssen erhalten bleiben. Fremdkomponenten behalten ihre jeweiligen Originalbedingungen.

Neu: Flächenfarben und Gruppen für CAD/Netze, ausdrücklich eingegebene Materialdichte, Masse und Schwerpunkt, CSV-Stückliste und gespeicherte Explosionsansicht ohne Verschiebung der Montagepositionen oder Exporte.

Die Modellfunktionen entsprechen der vollständig abgenommenen R7-Basis: 2.153 Tests in 352 Dateien, 3.312 Windows-Prüfgruppen in 91 Prozessläufen und 30 Minuten Dauertest. R8 ist der neue Lizenz-/Metadaten-Nachtrag mit übernommenen Prüferkorrekturen; zusätzlich bestanden 95 Prüfgruppen an der neuen EXE, sieben DE/EN-Lizenzprüfungen und 23 Prüfgruppen am komplett frisch entpackten Windows-Paket. Die R7-Zahlen sind referenzierte Modellbelege, kein neuer vollständiger R8-Gesamtlauf.

Windows-ZIP vollständig entpacken und oben auf Formnaro starten doppelklicken. FreeCAD/Python und das Python-SDK sind enthalten. Das gesamte Archiv wurde vollständig zurückgelesen und per SHA-256 geprüft. Bericht und Prüfsummen stehen zusätzlich bereit.

Der vollständige eigene Quellstand ist im Repository verfügbar. Formnaro-CAD-Quellen-v0.117.0.zip enthält die passenden nativen CAD-Quellen mit fünf vollständigen gepinnten Originalarchiven sowie aktueller Bridge und Buildeingaben. FreeCAD-Quellen und Originalhinweise liegen zusätzlich im Windows-Paket unter resources/freecad.

Die Veröffentlichung erfolgt auf ausdrücklichen Nutzerauftrag identisch im privaten und öffentlichen Repository. Persönliche Modelle, Profile und Zugangsdaten sind nicht enthalten. Unbekannte Dichte bleibt unbekannt; Komponentenüberlappungen werden addiert. Die Explosion ist eine Anzeige ohne Kollisionssimulation. Optionale Pakete 11–13 gehören nicht zu diesem Abschluss.
