Highlights

• Alert management: discover and back up definitions; create, update, delete, enable and disable alerts through OpenObserve's ID-based v2 API.
• Dashboard management: discover and back up definitions; create, update and delete dashboards. Saved revision hashes protect against stale backups overwriting newer changes.
• Every write supports an offline --dry-run preview and respects read-only mode. Deletion requires --yes.
• Backup/restore preserves exact JSON numbers and handles OpenObserve's versioned dashboard envelopes. CLI previews and library writes share request construction.
• PromQL responses are validated, server warnings and infos remain visible, and NDJSON handles scalar and empty results consistently.
