get rid of .ns on the string prototype

Per #806 I'm going to relpace every instance of foo.ns() with uiGmapfoo.

Don't forget examples and specs as well. Also in the directives the requirements for parent directives like ^google-map are easy to miss.

@aesnyder currently it really is uiGmapfoo , but the - would be fine. It will only suck for the people the expect it to be uiGmapfoo .
