Is there any way to change multiple selection mode at the run time?

I need this as well. I am wrapping ui-select - currently how I am doing it with ng-if (sucks - duplicates):

Keep in mind that <ui-select-match> element is a little different also:

Multiple mode:

<ui-select-match placeholder="Select person...">{{$item.name}}</ui-select-match>

Single mode:

<ui-select-match placeholder="Select person...">{{$select.selected.name}}</ui-select-match>

The reason this is needed - I created a custom wrapper for ui-select - if multiple was a variable I wouldn't have to duplicate the template:

@jmcpeak ok, I merged #272. Maybe later we could have some accessor to avoid the ng-if:
