cmd window closes after running ng serve --open

• @angular/cli - 11.2.13 works fine, after creating a new angular app

Description

After running ng serve --open the cmd window is closed, and you cannot terminate the ng serve session without restarting your computer.

npm install --global @angular/cli@11.2.13
ng new nowitsfixed --style=scss --routing
ng serve --open

Now the cmd stays open
