WIP: refactor(@ngtools/webpack): redesign entry module replacer

Potential new AOT entry module bootstrap transformer. It is designed to bail as quickly as possible if the file does not appear to contain bootstrap code. The design also attempts to generalize platform replacement to support the inclusion of additional future platforms. Several additional features include:

• Support for namespace imports of platform and entry module
• Support for aliased import of platform (entry module support planned)
• Support for entry module imports with a path mapped module specifier
• Removal of unused platform imports
• Transforms all bootstrap calls that resolve to an application module
• Reports all found entry modules
