Firefox Mobile: ng-click registering two clicks isntead of one

Tapping an md-button is registering twice not once as expected. A double tap is registering as a triple tap.

This info was obtained thru console logs using the Firefox adb debugging window.

This is also happening on iOS. Safari and Chrome

I confirm this behavior when moving from 0.8.2 to 0.8.3. Can be reproduced using the Chrome mobile simulator
