Added basic functions of the blinker

• Conversion from text to Morse code

• Import of custom dictionaries

• Red LED on the lid blinks according to the Morse code

• Length of a dot is one time unit

• Length of a dash is 3 time units

• Interval between the blinks is 1 time unit

• Interval between letters is 3 time units

• Interval between words is 7 time units

• 1 time unit is 200 milliseconds
