OpenMP version.

This release use a Grid Based system and OpenMP as a threading mechanism.

The grid is centered around 0, 0 and has an exponential space partitioning from -1e10 to 1e10 on a base 10 subscaler, also there is 1024 by 1024 division. There is still some work to be done:

• Optimize the division, I tried various values but this seams to be the best solution for now.
• Run Perf to search for a better algorithm seams to be one of the options.
• Make a better threading system, I m using OpenMP but this is not the optimum. I could rewrite this using threads.
• Use SIMD.
