Bootloader
5ba7a88

The PodBox bootloader for both players, with the Windows tools that
install it. From 5ba7a88bde355e75abd8349b2c28b444d510dad5.

With it the player starts PodBox even when the hold switch is on.
Hold Menu while it starts for Apple's firmware.

Unzip podbox-bootloader.zip anywhere and follow its README.txt:
run install-5g.cmd for an iPod Video 5G/5.5G, or
install-6g.cmd for an iPod Classic 6G/7G. It is installed once;
updating PodBox does not replace it.
