v2.12.4

2.12.4 (2026-10-30)

Bug Fixes

• fail before the model request when the filtered diff exceeds its cap (#122) (eb206e0). Robin now sends the complete collected and filtered diff or fails before that request with the observed size, applicable limit, and remediation. Review, summary, agent, fallback, and structured JSON retry paths each enforce their applicable limit. Defaults remain unchanged; raise the applicable limit or split the change when needed.

Documentation

• remove completed 2.0 roadmap (#121) (9c664a8). Thanks @shadowhand!
