Added

• Docs ship with each release. Pushing a v* tag now also builds the documentation site image ghcr.io/any4ai/anycrawl-docs (:latest and :<tag>, linux/arm64). When the COOLIFY_DOCS_DEPLOY_URL and COOLIFY_API_TOKEN repository secrets are set, it then triggers the docs.anycrawl.dev deployment. "Run workflow" rebuilds main (tagged :sha-<short>) or a tag, and refuses any other branch.
• apps/docs/Dockerfile installs only the docs package's dependencies and produces a standalone, non-root image with a healthcheck. Standalone output is enabled only when DOCS_STANDALONE=1, so next dev/next start behave as before.

Upgrade notes

• No server code changes and no database migrations. Self-hosted deployments need no action.
• Server workspace packages move to 1.2.1. The independently versioned JS SDK remains at 0.0.9.
