Fixes the Linux interface disappearing or becoming transparent when hovering on affected WebKitGTK systems.

After updating to 0.53.1, close Yume completely and launch it normally. No environment setting, custom launcher, or preload shim is required.

• Linux startup now allows WebKit compositing by default instead of forcing it off.
• Explicit WEBKIT_DISABLE_COMPOSITING_MODE values remain respected.
• Includes .deb and .rpm packages for x64 and ARM64. The shared fix also applies to Flatpak builds from source.
• Regression tests verify normal startup and environment inheritance in child processes on both Linux architectures.
