Get db-benchmark working with DuckDB-hosted benchmarks #368

Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.
PR #365 adds the db-benchmark scripts from the arrow-datafusion repo.
We now need to get these benchmarks working again and update them to use the current code in this repo rather than cloning an old rev and also should make them compatible with the new version of db-benchmark hosted by DuckDB at https://github.com/duckdblabs/db-benchmark
