Remove MCP redirect cache-busting code after some time #1802
Description
We implemented cache-busting functionality in the Layout component to help users who had cached 301 redirects from mcp.apify.com to the documentation page. This was a temp fix: #1801 (comment)
When to remove? Sufficient time has passed for browser caches to expire (3-6 months?), e.g. early 2026
