macOS turn-completion notifications for DeepSeek Harness, plus an unfocused-completion unread dot.

• Notify when a turn ends while the harness window is unfocused; title = session name, body = completed/failed.
• Click a notification to focus the window and open that session.
• Unread dot for completions that happen while you are away, even if the session stayed in the main view; green success / red failure.
• Settings → Notifications: master switch, permission state, and test notification.
• DSH 0.2.x (tested with desktop app 0.2.1-rc.2 and CLI 0.2.0-rc.1).
