Passar o mouse mostra o percentual.

- New voice icons: whoever muted their microphone shows a crossed-out microphone, and the crossed-out speaker now only means "you muted this person for yourself", in the sidebar and in the voice channel.
- People you set to a volume other than 100% get a speaker with an up arrow (above 100%) or a down arrow (below), bigger the closer it is to 200% or 0%. Hovering shows the percentage.
