https://github.com/appium/appium-base-driver/blob/9d1b2cedaed93f01383766217614bc3fc46f6e3e/lib/mjsonwp/mjsonwp.js#L269 's httpResBody.status is 0 and httpResBody.value is null.

this is definitely a bug on the server side. I'll take care about it

      if (_.isUndefined(driverRes)) {
        driverRes = null;
      }

is called.
