Troubleshooting

abg tabs --compact Shows No Tabs

Check that:

• The gateway app is running.
• The browser extension is installed.
• The current tab has been explicitly shared from the extension popup.

Browser Extension Cannot Connect

Run:

abg status

Confirm the gateway is listening on the expected local port. Restart the menu bar app if needed.

abg install-skill Fails

Make sure AgentBrowserGateway_abg.bundle is installed next to the abg executable, or in /opt/homebrew/bin or /usr/local/bin.

Updating

For Homebrew installs:

brew update
brew upgrade --cask agent-browser-gateway
