Stop Arduino IDE loading last run program #2659

Describe the request
This is a real embarrassment. For heavens sake, just add a menu item to load the last run program and leave us to choose - PLEASE.
Describe the current behavior
Some of our programmes are huge, but we don't want them to load each time we run the IDE - we are waiting for minutes until we can kill it.
