What This PR Changes

Improvements to Dual core article, such as

  • supported peripherals on M4,
  • removed 'single sketch approach'
  • booting the cores section

This article is a good read and gets you up and running pretty quickly.

There are a few minor improvements that could be made here and there though, I left some comments :)
