• tsc-esp32-s3-n16r8-firmware-v1.0.0.zip: merged firmware, application/bootloader/partition binaries, flashing guide, checksums, and build metadata.
• tsc-esp32-s3-n16r8-merged.bin: first-install image; flash at 0x0. This resets saved NVS Wi-Fi settings.
• firmware.bin: application only; flash at 0x10000 only with matching bootloader and partition table.
• tsc-esp32-source.zip: curated source and documentation without local secrets/build output.

Read FLASHING.md before flashing. Use the UART programming connection; GPIO 19/20 serve USB Host.

First boot

Wi-Fi defaults are blank. Read the setup AP credentials from UART at 115200, join the AP, and open http://192.168.4.1/wifi. Save your 2.4 GHz network, then use the DHCP address printed in the log.

RAW TCP 9100 / Windows printing and web status/setup are available. HTTP label printing is disabled in this public binary because its API key is empty. Build source with a private random API key to enable it. No personal credentials or shared public API key are included.

Validation and limits

PlatformIO release-mode compilation verified using espressif32 6.13.0 / ESP-IDF 5.5.3. Firmware image structure, merged offsets, and asset checksums verified. Physical printing has not been tested in this publication session.

Use a trusted LAN: RAW is unauthenticated and HTTP/RAW traffic is unencrypted. USB endpoint delivery is not physical print confirmation. The repository has no selected original-source license; public availability does not itself grant open-source reuse rights.
