Changed

• The kernel floor is 0.24.0, and the status map names
  PermissionCheckDenied, the refusal a declared permission check's denial
  raises from kernel 0.24.0. It is a NotPermitted, and its row answers as
  that one does: 403 from the JSON views, PermissionDenied from the pages,
  outcome denied. No response changes, and an anonymous caller a check
  refuses is still a 403, never a sign-in redirect. The row is there so the
  map names every kernel refusal; the status tables in the HTTP and pages
  docs list it too.
• The pages docs show 0.10.0's validated refresh at work. The
  editions/new/checked/ example's form has a copies count of its own, and
  "Show their books" with copies that do not parse and a number the book
  already has shows the shape check's refusal of the one beside the form's
  clean() error on the other.
