Auto-released from merge of PR #1718 (trigger: push).

• --family-fallback also serves the request whose 429 parks the family. The first Fable request after the included credit runs out, and the first one after a restart (dario keeps its rate-limit readings in memory), used to get that 429 back, or the --pool-fallback model where one is armed. dario now sends that request again through its own front door, where it is built and served as the target model and marked x-dario-family-fallback like any other switched request. One hop; skipped wherever the fallback is.
