v2.1.7

[2.1.7] - 2026-10-04

Changed

• Restored the extension source to the known-good snapshot at 3c6c29f.
• Kept the reel-depth meter and existing route-based reel counting behavior from that snapshot.
• Bumped the packaged extension version to 2.1.7 for this release.

Notes

• This release does not include the later experimental recycled-video cursor tracking or active-page timer changes.

v2.1.6

Fixes pages appearing stuck when depth was measured from an early cached value, keeps the depth overlay tracking scroll when animation frames are withheld, and makes re-intervention honour the duration set on the timed-visit slider.

v2.1.5

Improved rock-bottom enforcement, nested chat/list scrolling, mobile depth stability, and keyboard handling.

v2.1.4

Instagram DM sidebars, chat lists, and other inner scroll containers no longer trigger the page-bottom scroll lock, restoring normal downward scrolling.

v2.1.3

X Home now uses reversible depth dimming. Depth is mapped to the page's actual scroll range and remains stable during mobile browser UI changes.

v2.1.2

Depth dimming now follows scroll position in both directions, so returning toward the surface restores full brightness. The bottom lock no longer traps the scroll position.

v2.1.1

Release v2.1.1 with active-page timing, configurable counting modes, X/Twitter short-form video limit fixes, and cross-browser review hardening.

v2.1.0

Release v2.1.0 containing Chrome and Firefox compatibility updates, custom duration overrides, mobile focus fixes, and scroll performance optimization.

v2.0.1

Release v2.0.1

v2.0.0
