Drag and drop the binary and dll into your Quake folder (same directory as id1 folder) and off you go! 32 and 64bit, all fully working and playable with the absolute most minimal of changes.

Note: June 1st 2025 - All binaries are updated according to the latest commit
Note: Linux users, please ensure you have SDL2-devel / SDL2-dev installed on your system. The binary was created on RHEL9.5 so should run on the vast majority on LIBC versions out there on the most popular distros.
