Improvements from user feedback.

Manual note sorting

The Sort menu (top of the note list) has a new Manual (drag to reorder) mode. Pick it, then drag notes into whatever order you like, the order is saved per note and sticks.

Cleaner toolbar

The editor toolbar now flows into a single row when the window is wide and wraps only when it needs to, so a maximized window no longer has a big empty gap after the toolbar buttons.

Runs on Windows 10, too

The app targets Windows 10 (version 2004+) and Windows 11. Earlier downloads were labeled "Windows 11" only, that's now corrected across the app, README, and site.

Easier to learn

The About window now links straight to the User Guide, a plain-language walkthrough of every feature.

Your existing notes are untouched, install over your current copy and everything carries across.
