Remove oidc_iss and bump version to 2.0.0

Bump package version to 2.0.0 and remove the oidc_iss field from User and UpsertByOIDCRequest models. Update synchronous and asynchronous client methods to drop the oidc_iss parameter and stop including it in query parameters to reflect the API contract change.
