v5.26.0
- A new Console tab in the bottom drawer shows what a seat's Bash tool actually
ran. The CLI renders its own Bash calls as a few scattered truncated lines;
this shows one block per call with the full command and its complete output
(stdout and stderr interleaved as they happened), how long it took, and — the
part the CLI's inline view hides hardest — the exit code and error text of the
commands that FAILED. Per-seat like the Terminal tab: each agent shows its own,
and switching sessions switches the content. The tab appears only for Claude
seats, since that is where the data comes from, and only in the desktop app —
the browser surface cannot serve it.
Output arrives at completion, not as it streams, so a long-running command
shows nothing until it finishes. When the CLI truncates a very large result the
block says so and reports the full size. Parallel Bash calls are each recorded as
their own file, so concurrent calls cannot overwrite or splice each other. The
CLI does sometimes run one in the background instead, and then its output never
reaches Clodex at all — the block says so, rather than looking like a command
that printed nothing. If a seat runs more calls than one refresh can carry, the
pane marks how many it skipped rather than dropping them silently.
Apple Silicon (arm64) build. Intel (x64) users can build from source (npm install && npx electron-rebuild && npm run dist:mac).
Unsigned (ad-hoc) build: first launch needs right-click → Open, or xattr -cr /Applications/Clodex.app.
