v5.60.0 — Team sandboxes: a box per team, built from any ref, ready with seeded seats

• Team templates keep their brief when edited: the template editor now lists the owning team's own append prompts (e.g. team-project) as a checked section, so saving a team template no longer silently empties appendPromptFiles.
• A managed sandbox can track a git ref: set "Track git ref" on the box to
  master or a ticket branch and Rebuild builds the box from that commit, so a
  team can run merged work beside the desktop app without restarting it.
• A team can bind its own sandbox: [agent:team sandbox [up|rebuild|down|status] [ref:<ref>]]
  builds box team-<name> from that ref and writes the team's URLs and token to
  ~/.clodex/teams/<name>/sandbox.json (0600), so a team tests merged code on a
  box while the desktop keeps running. Only up/rebuild reconfigure the box
  (a box with no ref yet starts on master); a later status or down leaves
  the tracked ref alone.
• A team box comes up ready: [agent:team sandbox up|rebuild] now waits for
  the box's health check, seeds a bash shell and a Claude worker (when the
  box has a Claude token), and replies only when the team can send to it.

Unsigned (ad-hoc) build: first launch needs right-click → Open, or xattr -cr /Applications/Clodex.app.
