Maintenance: Rename BaseRouter class in REST handler to Router

Summary

We will rename the BaseRouter class in the REST API event handler to Router.

Why is this needed?

This will make our naming schema consistent with the other event handlers we have.

Which area does this relate to?

Event Handler

Solution

Rename the class and update all the other references in the code and tests.

Acknowledgment

• This request meets Powertools for AWS Lambda (TypeScript) Tenets
• Should this be considered in other Powertools for AWS Lambda languages? i.e. Python, Java, and .NET
