What's changed

• Renamed FILE to SOURCE to better reflect that the input can be a file or a directory. FILE is still accepted as a deprecated alias, so existing workflows keep working.
• Added a VERBOSE flag (true/yes/1) to log each upload — the action is quiet by default.
• Uploads now set ContentType, inferred from the file extension (falls back to application/octet-stream).
• Fixed a ReferenceError that was thrown instead of a helpful message when no source was provided.
• The step now fails with a non-zero exit code and a clean error message when an upload fails.
• General clean-up and documented configuration in the README.
