What it does

• Parses backlog.md files to extract roadmap items (features, bugfixes, refactors, chores)
• Discovers and parses item folders (items//index.md) with task files
• Cross-links items, folders, and tasks with dependency tracking
• Derives item status from task statuses
• Validates and produces warnings for mismatches (status, owner, item status)
• Outputs a canonical backlogmd/v1 JSON format
